vivaldi-codecs-ffmpeg-extra (Extra ffmpeg codecs for Vivaldi browser).

Extra ffmpeg codecs for Vivaldi browser.

This will add H.264 support to Vivaldi and not replacing the default 
/opt/vivaldi-snapshot/lib/libffmpeg.so.
