GIMP from Paul

For gimp though you need gimp-print and gtk-perl, 
which are both at the ftp download site for the regular vec-linux 4.0 release.
Most people will need the gimp print for printing any how, 
and the perl part is for the perl scripts to work in gimp. 
I could make gimp with perl disabled if it causes problems, 
but then you lose the use of some good prebuilt scripts for gimp.
