SYNOPSIS
       use AnyEvent::WebArchive;

       restore_url('cpan.org', sub { $c->send });
       $c->recv;

METHODS
    restore_url $url, option => value, ..., $callback
        Restore all data from WebArchive cache for $url

OPTIONS
    user_agent - UserAgent string
    active - number of active connections for AnyEvent::HTTP
    max_per_host - maximum connections per one host for AnyEvent::HTTP
