It requires perl 5.004, since it assumes that version of the HTML::Formatter
module.

The purpose of this software is to provide a means to automatically
convert HTML to nroff source, using tbl to support tables.

This work is based upon the HTML::Formatter and HTML::Parse modules.

This software package is *NOT COMPLETE*, see the ToDo file.
