PROBLEM TRACKING SYSTEM (PTS/Xpts)

PTS is a tool that provides people with an easy way to report problems,
and is oriented towards system administration.  It consists primarily of
an X application.  There is a simple text-mode and command-line interface
for reporting problems, however.
